Instant boba can be prepared without boiling.
Simply pour hot water over the pearls and stir. 
Drain the water once.
You can add your favorite hot tea at this time
Pour hot water over a second time and let them soak for 2 minutes.
Enjoy as a hot drink or drain before adding to a cold drink.
